Who are we and what do we do?
The fun and informative AES Indiana School Education Program reinforces energy concepts from curriculum and teaches lifelong lessons on energy and water efficiency. Fifth grade students and teachers receive Take Action Kits containing energy-saving devices. This FREE project-based program also provides an introductory presentation, posters and activity guides for teachers and students to empower participants to be leaders in energy efficiency.
When is the program offered?
This program is offered in the fall and spring.
How can schools participate in the program?
Fifth grade teachers and administrators may register by clicking the link above. After school eligibility is determined, an Educational Support Coordinator will contact teachers to verify information and set up deliveries of teacher materials and Take Action Kits.
