How do I submit my Home Energy Worksheet?
Online:
- Enter your Teacher ID found at the top of your Home Energy Worksheet here or look up the ID to submit your worksheet.
- Complete the form to the best of your ability. If you are unsure of an answer, please leave it blank.
- Once submitted, please record the confirmation number on the top of your Home Energy Worksheet and return to your teacher.
Hard Copy:
- Fill out the paper worksheet and return it to the classroom teacher.

Check the emails from your scheduler for a link to your personalized Home Energy Worksheet with your Teacher ID printed on it.
